This year has flown by and summer vacation is just around the corner!
There are a HUGE variety of camps offered this year, so whether your child is interested in performing arts, gymnastics, outdoor adventure camp and even horses, there is a summer camp for them.
Located lake level of the Lily Lake Pavilion, summer camps at Inside Out Nature Centre are a great opportunity for your 5-12 year old to enjoy the outdoors and develop their sense of adventure in beautiful Rockwood Park.
Activities include water sports and swimming, ZORB, log rolling, slacklines, rock climbing, nature hikes, orienteering, arts and crafts. Beaches are lifeguard monitored, staff are trained in wilderness first aid, and their program manager is a certified first responder.
With the change of end date to the school year, 2024 camps start the week of June 24th. Camps run weekly from the week starting June 24th until the week of August 19.
Regular weeks are $235, holiday weeks (i.e. the short ones) are $210, and they also offer individual day registrations (when space allows) for $55 per day.
Daily drop off is between 8 and 9am, and pick up between 4 and 5pm.
With a low camper to counselor ratio (typically 5:1 or less), they can be flexible with adapting their program to fit the needs of each group of campers to make the most out of every day!
Online registration is available through the calendar on their website (www.insideoutnaturecentre.com/camps), if you have any questions, give them a call at (506) 672-0770, or send an email to [email protected] and they’d be happy to have a chat!
If you have an artistic child, you don’t want to miss this!
